Twitter File Sharing – Upload a file to either your own FTP server (coming soon) or to uploads.tweetFTP.com and share on twitter via public broadcast tweets or private direct messages. This site is secured with SSL and uses OAUTH (signin with twitter). Currently, you are able to upload very large files (one file at a time). Testing phase allows up to 2gb file size.
